Testosterone Isocaproate Description and Indication
Testosterone Isocaproate is very rarely found as a single ester based testosterone compound and in most all cases part of testosterone mixtures.
Regardless of the attached ester, all testosterones will produce similar effects. Testosterone Isocaproate will increase protein synthesis, reduce cortisol, increase recovery abilities, aid in increasing strength and mass & also for Hormone replacement therapy.
Testosterone Isocaproate Mechanism of action
Testosterone is both a highly anabolic and androgenic hormone. Mode of action of Testosterone is same regardless ester attached to it. (Refer testosterone mechanism of action for details).
Testosterone Isocaproate Contraindications
- Known or supposed prostatic or breast carcinoma
- Pregnancy
- Breast-feeding
- Hypersensitivity to the active element
Testosterone Isocaproate Adverse Drug Effects
- Acne
- Increased body/facial hair
- Alopecia (male pattern baldness)
- Increase in aggressiveness
Testosterone Isocaproate Drug Interactions
Testosterone Isocaproate may interact with:
- Oral Anticoagulants
- Antidiabetic drugs and insulin

It is generally available in combinations:
- 6mg Testosterone Propionate + 12mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate + 12mg Testosterone Isocaproate + 20mg Testosterone Decanoate
- Testosterone Decanoate 100mg + Testosterone Propionate 30mg + Testosterone Phenylpropionate 60mg + Testosterone Isocaproate 60mg
- 30mg testosterone propionate + 60mg testosterone phenylpropionate + 60mg testosterone isocaproate + 100mg testosterone caproate
